Coconut Cream Red Rice

2 cups red Rice
1 red onion chopped
2 cups coconut milk
1 1/2 cups water
Sea salt
6 stocks chopped green onion

Sautéed red onion then stir in red rice, sauté two minutes, Combine coconut milk with water,
Pour over rice cover then simmer 45 minutes. Season with sea salt and chopped green onion
