Fortify Nourishment Program: A brief summary of my detoxifying eating plan
Eat clean and experience remarkable results! Real, clean, food energizes and detoxifies your body to allow your system to work optimally.
Up to 3 per day Liquid super meals:
Fresh fruit or vegetable juice-
on empty stomach, half hour before meal
Smoothie- mid
day snack or to replace a meal
Roughy- mid day snack or to replace a meal
Nut milk- with
porridge, or in a smoothie
Milky smoothie- mid day snack or to replace a meal
Breakfast 6-9am
Start off your day with a 20 oz glass of fresh filtered
water, w/ juice of half lemon to balance your ph
allow your body to wake up before nourishment, maybe stretch or go for a morning walk

16 oz fresh vegetable juice.
Enjoy your choice of porridge or smoothie
a. Hot porridge of the day (Amaranth, Steel Cut Oats,
teft or other whole grain)
with nut milk, flax seed, nuts, raisins, etc
b. Smoothie or roughy
Lunch 11-2pm Dinner 5-7pm
Salads- all raw
many variations, dressed with nuts, and fresh dressings
Greens- raw or steamed
Cooked vegetable
Cooked grain
Clear soup
Bean soup
Vegetable stew
Healthy dips, creams, and accents (bean dips, nut creams,
toppings, etc)
Adverse affects may be caused by prescription drugs and
over the counter medications if you change your eating habits, talk with your
healthcare provider before changing your ways.
